Golf Star Carly Booth In The Driving Seat After Teeing Up Pink Car Leasing Sponsorship Deal

One of the biggest names in world golf is well and truly in the driving seat after teeing up a 12-month sponsorship deal with a leading car leasing company.

Carly Booth, who at 17 became the youngest-ever Scot to qualify for the Ladies European Tour, has teamed up with Pink Car Leasing, who will provide her with a brand new Mercedes to travel to tournaments and public appearances around the UK.

Whilst Pink Car Leasing works with numerous golf clubs and golfing organisations including the PGA (Professional Golfers Association) GCMA (Golf Club Managers Association) and How Did I Do, this is the first time it has sponsored an individual player.

The Leicester-based company was founded in 2003, the year Carly became the youngest ladies' club champion in Britain at the age 11.

It specialises in car and van vehicle leases, including prestige vehicles and the latest electric models, for personal and business use. It also stocks a wide range of used cars including Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Ford.

The deal will also see Carly participating in a series of promotional question and answer videos, which will be broadcast throughout the year via Pink Car Leasing’s website and social media channels, giving its customers and golf fans a chance to find out more about her and what drives her.

Carly, a three-times winner of the Ladies European Tour, is a trained gymnast and comes from a family with a proud sporting pedigree. Her father is a Commonwealth games silver medallist, her older brother is also a professional golfer and her younger brother has won four gold medals in the Special Olympics for power lifting.
